Job summary

Core Talent is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a Adelaide-based role focusing on reactive and preventative electrical maintenance across commercial sites. You will handle fault finding, testing, and minor replacements while documenting work and costing materials.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with approximately 3–4 years post-apprenticeship experience.
• Strong maintenance and fault-finding capability.
• Previous experience in commercial or facilities maintenance.
• Comfortable with paperwork and mobile reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Reactive and preventative electrical maintenance.
• Fault-finding and repairs across lighting, power, emergency and general electrical systems.
• Attending 3–4 reactive jobs per day.
• Testing, repairs, and minor replacement works.
• Completing job notes, safety paperwork, and reporting via iPad.
• Preparing basic quotes and material costings.
• Liaising with clients and supporting other trades within a small team.
