Working at acogeneration plant is seeking a hands-on Maintainer/Operator to support the safe and efficient operation of boilers and related equipment at our cogeneration facility in Robinvale, Victoria. The role offers a continuous 7-on/7-off shift pattern with 12-hour days, and accommodation is provided on site.

You will monitor boiler systems, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and contribute to safety and reliability while working within a team on a rotating day/night roster.

Qualifications

• Experience in boiler operations, plant operations or industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Background in manufacturing, power generation or process environments is advantageous.
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to work a rotating day and night shift roster.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor boilers and associated plant equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and assist with breakdowns.
• Monitor operating pressures, temperatures and plant performance.
• Complete operational records and shift handovers.

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + super
