Job summary

Randstad is seeking reliable Machine Operators to join our pipe manufacturing and warehouse team in Chipping Norton. We offer Day, Arvo, and Night shifts with full-time hours and consistent rosters, plus onsite parking.

You will safely inspect pipes, assemble piping components and fittings, and conduct quality checks in a busy production facility, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse, pipe manufacturing, or heavy production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfortable with machinery, hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Able to handle the physical demands of a busy pipe manufacturing facility.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to shift work and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely inspecting specialized pipe manufacturing.
• Assembling piping components, fittings, and products in a warehouse.
• Conducting quality control checks to meet standards and measurements.
• Assisting with general warehousing duties, including loading, unloading, and manual handling.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workspace in line with WHS standards.

Machine Operator (Pipe Manufacturing) | Chipping Norton

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our pipe manufacturing and warehouse team based in Chipping Norton.

If you have a background in assembly, machinery operation, or production-specifically working with industrial materials or piping-and are looking for a stable role with a great team environment, we want to hear from you!

The Position

We have positions available across both day and night shifts. We are looking for flexible candidates who are ready to hit the ground running in our manufacturing facility.

• Shift Options: Day Shift, Arvo Shifts and Night Shift positions available
• Position Type: Full-Time hours (Consistent, ongoing rosters)

Key Responsibilities

• Safely inspecting specialized pipe manufacturing.
• Assembling piping components, fittings, and products efficiently within a warehouse environment.
• Conducting quality control checks to ensure all pipes meet strict industry standards and measurements.
• Assisting with general warehousing duties, including loading, unloading, and manual handling of stock.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace in line with WHS standards.
