Job summary

CSR in Blacktown, NSW is seeking a Machine Operator/Forklift Driver for a full-time role, Monday to Friday 6am–2pm with Saturday as required. The role requires a forklift licence, safety focus and ability to work independently in a single-man workstation.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will operate machines, perform fault finding, record data, and maintain 5S in the work area while supporting team tasks and training opportunities within CSR.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence and proven experience required.
• Strong safety mindset and awareness.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines, including resetting and starting.
• Perform fault finding and quality checks.
• Record production and quality data on quality sheets.
• Conduct oil level checks.
• Maintain a clean, organised area following 5S standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of recycle conveyors and general housekeeping.
• Carry out asset care per CSR PM Way standards.
• Work independently in a single-man workstation.
• Assist with clean-up duties and minor troubleshooting.
• Support other roles and tasks as required.

About the role

The Machine Operator role is a Full-Time position, based at Blacktown, NSW. Reporting to Operations Manager you will:

• Perform fault finding and conduct quality control checks
• Record production and quality data accurately on quality sheets
• Conduct oil level checks
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to 5S Standards
• Ensure cleanliness of recycle conveyors and general housekeeping
• Perform asset care in line with CSR PM Way standards
• Work independently in a single-man workstation
• Carry out clean-up duties, including minor troubleshooting
• Support other roles and tasks as required
