Job summary

National Workforce, partnering with a leading international manufacturer in North Wyong (NSW), is seeking experienced Production Workers for full-time hours and a clear pathway to permanent employment.

You will operate automated production machinery, batch and mix ingredients, and package finished goods while upholding safety and efficiency. Forklift experience is advantageous and there is a premium for afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Experience with batching, mixing and automated machinery is required.
• Holding a current LF forklift license is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production machinery.
• Batch and mix ingredients accurately.
• Package and label finished goods.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment at all times.
