Job summary

Transcend Managed Services in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for the afternoon shift. You will operate machinery, measure and prepare steel reo, and conduct quality assurance to meet strict standards.

Immediate start for candidates with steel factory experience. Forklift license preferred but not essential. Hours are 2:00 pm–10:00 pm. Pay is AUD 46.00 per hour plus superannuation. Reliability is required and teamwork with emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in steel/rebar processing environment preferred.
• Experience operating machinery is highly regarded, particularly MEP off-coil machines and shear line machines.
• Forklift license preferred but not essential.

Job Description

• Pay rate will be $46.00 plus superannuation

Our client a large steel reo and rebar company in Ingleburn, has a number of positions available for experienced machine operators with some steel factory experience.

These roles will include

• Machine operating as required
• Measuring and preparing steel reo
• Quality assurance

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in steel/rebar processing environment preferred.
• Experience operating machinery is highly regarded, particularly:
  • MEP off-coil machines
  • Shear line machines

To be successful in obtaining a role with this company you will need to be available for an immediate start, and if you have a forklift license, it will be preferred but not essential.

The hours will be 2.00pm - 10:00 pm

The normal time pay rate will be $46.00 plus superannuation
