Job summary

Morson Edge in St Clair, NSW, is seeking a hands-on production operator to join our food manufacturing team on a Monday to Friday 2pm–10pm shift.

You will operate filling, capping, labelling and packing equipment, ensure quality, perform pre-start checks and maintain production records. Experience with packaging machinery and FMCG is valued; physical duties and reliable shift work are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production or packaging machinery.
• FMCG or food/beverage manufacturing experience highly regarded.
• Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding production duties.
• Able to work the 2pm-10pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery including filling, capping, labelling and packing equipment.
• Monitor production quality and promptly report defects, line stoppages and quality issues.
• Complete pre-start equipment checks and report faults to the Shift Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production records and contribute to shift reporting.
• Ensure products are correctly packed, labelled and palletised to specification.
