Calm Aluminium is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our team in a full-time, permanent role in Sydney. You will cut and prepare aluminium to customer requirements, operate cutting machinery, load and unload stock, and assist with packing in a well‑structured, safe environment.

We value attention to detail, a practical mindset, and a willingness to learn as the business grows. A forklift licence is required; training will be provided if needed.

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred; training provided.
• Current forklift licence required.
