Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking machine operators to join a steel production client in Western Sydney. You will operate wire production machinery, set up equipment, and help meet daily targets in a safe, collaborative environment.

This role offers ongoing work, training, and potential overtime with a reputable company delivering quality rebar and mesh products across NSW.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg.
• Physically fit and healthy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wire production machinery.
• Set up machines and ensure smooth production runs.
• Operate Overhead Cranes.
• Bundle steel and perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Perform basic quality checks and adjustments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and monitoring wire production machinery


• Setting up machines and ensuring smooth production runs


• Operating Overhead Cranes


• Bundling Steel, repetitve manual Labour roles


• Performing basic quality checks and adjustments


• Following safety procedures and production standards


• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

What we’re looking for:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)


• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail


• Machine operators within steel industry


• lifting upto 20kg


• Physically Fit and Healthy


• Strong work ethic and reliability


• Ability to work independently and in a team


• Forklift licence (advantageous but not required)


• Must be available to train in dayshift before moving to night shift
