Job summary

Green Genie Earthworks is seeking an experienced operator for full-time work across Perth, WA. You will operate skid steer, posi track and/or excavator, perform bulk earthworks, site prep and material movement, and help maintain machinery with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The role offers full-time hours with opportunities for extra hours during the week and Saturdays, with pay negotiable based on experience and a genuine long-term growth path within the company.

Qualifications

• Current white card
• Valid tickets and licences for the machinery operated
• Strong understanding of site safety and protocols
• Able to perform physical tasks when required, through all weather conditions
• Punctual, reliable and respectful
• Pass a drug/alcohol test and pre-employment medical
• Full working rights in Australia
• Police clearance

Off the back of a strong pipeline of work - defence projects, commercial jobs big & small and residential projects of every size - we're looking for an experienced, reliable operator to join us full-time across Perth.
