Job summary

Orora Beverage in Australia is seeking a production operator to join our 12-hour rotating shift pattern. You will help maintain safety, quality, and manufacturing standards while operating high-speed machinery and assisting in changeovers.

We value proactive team players with good mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills, and you may be required to undertake a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing. Availability across 24-hour rotating shifts is essential.

The Role

Reporting into the shift supervisor and working a 12hr rotating shift 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am the key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
• Operating high speed machinery including:
• performing changeovers
• troubleshooting
• machine adjustments
• maintenance tasks
• Assist in machinery changeovers
• Reading & following SOP's
• Contributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world class operational performance.
• Be a proactive and enthusiastic team member.

Across our roster patterns, the minimum annualised earnings for the role will be $77,977 per year.
