Job summary

Orora Beverage is seeking a shift-based manufacturing operator to maintain safety, quality and high-speed production standards on a 12-hour rotating shift at our Western Australia site. You will perform machine changeovers, troubleshoot issues, adjust equipment, follow SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement while being a proactive team member.

Manufacturing experience is advantageous, with pre-employment medical including drug testing often required.

The Role

Reporting into the shift supervisor and working a 12hr rotating shift the key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
• Operating high speed machinery including:
• performing changeovers
• troubleshooting
• machine adjustments
• maintenance tasks
• Assist in machinery changeovers.
• Reading & following SOP's
• Contributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world class operational performance.
• Be a proactive and enthusiastic team member.

Across our roster patterns, the minimum annualised earnings for the role will be $82,671 per year.
