Qualifications

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence essential.
• Proven experience operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Hands-on attitude with basic troubleshooting ability.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate admix plant machinery to mix and process materials in line with batch recipes and production schedules (full training provided).
• Operate Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts safely to move raw materials, load hoppers, and store finished goods.
• Monitor product consistency and complete basic quality checks to ensure all batches meet specifications.
• Follow all WHS procedures and report hazards, incidents, or near misses to the Team Leader or Site Manager.

Admix Plant Operator - Immediate Start

• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm - $39.68 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join a busy production team. We are looking for people who can work well within a team while also taking initiative and managing their own tasks independently.
