The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Production Line Operator to support our manufacturing lines in Australia. This hands-on role involves running lines, setting up machinery, and maintaining product quality. You must be able to lift up to 25 kg and work safely within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in filling, cooking or batching and a background in food manufacturing or FMCG. Flexibility, problem-solving and strong attention to detail are essential for successful

Qualifications

• Knowledge/experience in filling, cooking & batching is preferred.
• Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG facility is preferred.
• Willingness to be flexible and multi-skill across production lines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot during production.
• Must be physically fit with ability to lift 25kg+.
• Good organizational and numerical skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are important.
• Forklift license is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines including filling, labellers and packers.
• Batch and weigh ingredients while maintaining quality.
• Perform quality checks and document production data.
• Keep work area and equipment tidy and ready for product changes.
• Address maintenance needs and report breakdowns promptly.
• Record issues and communicate with the team.
• Maintain safe work practices and product safety at all times.
• Lubricate, tighten and clean machines as part of routine care.

We are currently looking for 1 new superstar Operators to join our production lines.

The Role

As a Production Line Operator at Kraft Heinz, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production area. Your primary focus will be on running your area efficiently, setting up machinery, and maintaining the quality of our products. This is a hands-on, physical position that requires lifting up to 25kg ingredients throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines, including filling, labellers, and packers
• Batch and weigh our delicious ingredients
• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production documentation
• Ensure the workplace and machines are tidy and set up correctly for product changes
• Maintain equipment and address maintenance needs as required
• Record machine breakdowns and communicate effectively with the team
• Prioritise safe work practices and product safety at all times
• Perform routine activities, such as lubricating, tightening, and cleaning machines

We're looking for someone with:

• Knowledge and experience in filling, cooking and batching (preferred)
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG facility (preferred)
• Flexibility and multi-skilling
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during production
• Physical fitness and ability to lift 25kg+ is a must!
• Organisational and numerical skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• A great attention to detail
• A forklift license is highly advantageous but not required
