Job summary

Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking a reliable Machine / Forklift Operator for a casual ongoing position in Queanbeyan, NSW. The role runs 6am–2pm, with Monday to Friday hours, and offers weekly pay and potential to move to full-time hours.

You will operate forklift and warehouse equipment, perform safety checks, and assist with general warehouse duties in a supportive, safety‑mocused team environment. A current LF forklift licence is required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence.
• Forklift and warehouse experience highly regarded.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks.
• Conduct forklift pre-start safety checks.
• Ensure loads are secure and packed to specification.
• Move goods within the warehouse using pallets/crates.
• Stack pallets and goods in designated racking bays.
• Follow stock control procedures and storage instructions.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including unpacking and inspections.

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Machine / Forklift Operator worker for a casual on-going position with a leading client in Queanbeyan, NSW. This role offers consistent weekday hours, a supportive environment, and potential with going perm with client.

About the Role:

• Hours 6am to 2pm
• Includes heavy lifting and manual handling
• Warehouse / Forklift and machine operations
• Truck licence (preferable not required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks
• Conduct forklift pre-start safety checks
• Ensure loads are secure and packed to specification
• Move goods in pallets/crates within the warehouse
• Stack empty pallets and goods in designated racking bays
• Follow stock control procedures and storage instructions
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including unpacking and inspections

About You:

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence
• Forklift and warehouse experience highly regarded
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and reliability
