Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Solution Specialist - M365 to join our Australia and New Zealand team. You will design, build, implement and support Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate, with Teams, OneDrive and Purview.

You will demonstrate Copilot AI value, conduct discovery, readiness reviews and adoption activities alongside senior specialists, while following delivery methodologies and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant technical experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of core Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Purview.
• Experience designing, building and implementing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.
• Knowledge of information management principles, metadata, retention and access control.
• Ability to produce clear solution designs, configuration guides and documentation.
• Great collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Copilot Studio concepts and AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and co-design practical Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, demos and workshops.
• Design, configure, build and deploy solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Manage project tasks within scope, budgets, schedules and deliverables.
• Produce solution designs, configuration guides and as-built documentation.
• Support governance, peer reviews and change-management processes.
• Provide responsive ongoing support within service levels and document incidents.
• Contribute to information management practices including metadata and retention.
• Assist with Copilot use-case discovery and readiness reviews.
• Build customer capability with demonstrations, training materials and knowledge transfer.
• Provide accurate estimates for proposals and support presales activities.
