Job summary

East Partnership is seeking a VP/Director to lead its Perth M&A advisory practice. This senior role focuses on day-to-day transaction delivery, staff management and process leadership within a growing mid-market franchise.

You will drive deal execution across the full lifecycle, work closely with a commercial leader, and build the local advisory offering while leveraging the national platform. Perth-based or WA-tied professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant M&A advisory experience or related fields such as corporate development or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, transaction execution, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transaction delivery and staff management; lead process improvements.
• Involve across full transaction lifecycle: financial analysis, valuation, deal execution and client management; mentor junior staff.
