Job summary

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to join the North Strathfield team. You will convert enquiries into bespoke luxury journeys for weddings and honeymoons, coordinating with travel suppliers and DMCs to deliver unforgettable experiences.

Role requires 5+ years in luxury travel, a consultative approach across in-person, WhatsApp, email and phone, and proficiency with GDS, wholesale platforms or a CRM. You will work on a rotating 7-day roster including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of selling travel with closed bookings and measurable results.
• Premium or luxury travel experience across hotels, resorts, villas, honeymoons, groups or destination weddings.
• Consultative approach in person and via WhatsApp, email and phone.
• Confident using booking systems (GDS, wholesale platforms or CRM).
• Proven track record of meeting sales or conversion targets.

Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries to bookings and manage client communications across CRM and social channels.
• Meet or exceed conversion targets and sales goals.
• Create luxury journeys and travel packages with suppliers and DMCs.
• Coordinate group travel, including wedding guest blocks, experiences and travel insurance.
• Plan honeymoons and anniversaries from idea to delivery.
• Maintain a growing client book and develop repeat business.
• Leverage back-of-house services for tickets, payments, accounting and operations.
