Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (essential).
• 1–2 years’ experience as massage and spa therapist.
• Willingness to commence work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable transport to reach the retreat and be willing to relocate if required.

Responsibilities

• Curate an unforgettable guest experience from start to finish.
• Deliver a range of treatments including body treatments, facials, massages and hair treatments in luxury rooms.
• Provide high level personalised guest service and a relaxing experience.
• Provide recommendations and upsell retail products to guests.
• Keep spa operations running smoothly and clean all areas after use.
