Job summary

ACRWORLD in Liverpool, NSW is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential and commercial projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will manage planning, procurement, program development and project administration on site in Sydney’s inner region.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, a solid IT literacy, and a track record of delivering architectural or construction-led builds within regulations and budget.

Qualifications

• Building qualifications (PM/CM or architecture) or trade background (carpenter to site manager).
• Demonstrated experience on residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Strong client relationships and excellent knowledge of construction processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and programming for residential and commercial works.
• Procurement and contract administration, supplier coordination.
• Project administration and reporting, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Use of Procore and MS Project to track progress and budgets.
