Job summary

Pacific Proptech Group Pty Ltd – Mascot NSW is seeking skilled joinery installers for high-end residential and commercial fit-outs across Sydney. You will install kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and custom cabinetry to exacting standards, reading shop drawings and delivering precision finishes with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in joinery installation, own tooling, a valid ABN/GST, and relevant licences (EWP, heights, asbestos awareness, first aid).

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years hands on joinery installation experience.
• Trade qualification in cabinet making or joinery.
• Ability to read and work from shop drawings without hand holding.
• Own tools and own vehicle; reliable and punctual.
• ABN and GST registration.
• White Card, Construction Induction training.
• Public liability insurance, minimum $20 million.
• Current licences: EWP, working at heights, asbestos awareness, first aid.

Responsibilities

• Install residential kitchens, wardrobes, laundries, vanities and custom cabinetry to specification.
• Execute luxury residential installations with veneer, stone tops and fine finishes.
• Install commercial fit-out joinery including reception areas and workstations.
• Install wall panelling and pivot doors.
• Read and work from shop drawings independently.
• Perform on-site scribing, levelling and problem-solving.
• Maintain professional presentation and conduct on site for clients and designers.
• Flag issues early and inform the project manager.
• Ensure defect-free handover on all projects.
