Job summary

Angus & Coote Kawana Waters is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and grow our luxury jewellery store team, delivering personalised customer service while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.

You will drive sales, coach team members, maintain store presentation, and ensure safety and compliance, while upholding the brand’s renowned customer experience across the Kawana Waters location.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising, leading and empowering a high performing team.
• Coaching and providing feedback to Team Members for career development.
• Understanding of running a successful business with sales targets and KPIs.
• Interest and passion for luxury products and brands.

Responsibilities

• Create professional and personalised experiences for customers to add to their jewellery and watch collections.
• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day running and drive Team Members to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Coach and train Team Members to become selling superstars.
• Lead by example to achieve personal targets while maximising store sales opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, in-store safety and visual merchandising.
• Support the Store Manager with administrative and operational requirements for the store.
