Job summary

CullenUS in Kew, Australia, is seeking a Client Care Consultant to deliver seamless post-purchase support for our fine jewellery clients. You’ll handle ring resizing, repairs, drop-offs and pickups, and coordinate with our workroom and showroom teams to ensure flawless service.

This full-time role emphasizes clear communication, meticulous record-keeping, and a warm, client-first approach. You’ll manage appointments, verify payments, capture precise inspection notes, and keep systems up to date

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client service or after-sales role, ideally within fine jewellery, luxury goods, or premium retail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a clear, empathetic, client-first orientation.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail when logging records and tracking orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage client drop-off and pick-up appointments, verify payment and identification prior to item release, and keep accurate records across all after-care requests.
• Conduct thorough physical inspections of client pieces, take clear photography, record precise workroom instructions, and advise clients on servicing such as polishing.
• Act as an expert resource for clients regarding resizing, repairs, and design modifications, updating timelines and shipping details.
