Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Chef in a restaurant, café, high-volume catering or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation and food safety standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with urgency.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently high-quality food.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, develop new techniques and continuously improve.
• Flexible and reliable availability, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with our menu specifications and recipes.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation and hygiene.
• Work efficiently and with a sense of urgency during busy service periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Manage preparation and cooking times effectively to support a seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
• Adhere to food safety regulations, procedures and best practices.
• Take pride in your work and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Contribute to a positive kitchen environment and be willing to learn and develop new techniques.
