Job summary

Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle invites applications for a Guest Service Agent. You will be the first and last face guests see, delivering a warm, personalised welcome and ensuring every stay reflects luxury hospitality.

As part of the Front Office team you will manage arrivals and guest accounts, offer local knowledge and recommendations, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless experiences from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Create warm, personalised welcomes and farewells for every guest.
• Manage arrivals, departures, room registrations and guest accounts accurately.
• Provide local knowledge and recommendations about Newcastle.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests with confidence and escalate when needed.
• Promote hotel facilities, rooms, packages and experiences as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments for seamless stays.
• Maintain smooth telephone and digital enquiries and handle cashiering tasks.
