Job summary

InterContinental Sydney is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Breakfast and In-Room Dining teams at Circular Quay. This role offers part-time and casual opportunities with mornings shifts and luxury guest service in a five-star setting.

You will welcome guests, take and deliver orders, maintain pristine dining areas and coordinate with the team to deliver memorable, personalised experiences in line with our luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience in a restaurant, bar or café.
• Availability for early morning starts.
• Warm, friendly and energetic personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to breakfast and assist with seating and service.
• Deliver breakfast and in-room dining to guests with care and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, inviting dining environment and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth, memorable breakfast experience.
