Job summary

Venini Australia is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive opportunities for our luxury décor brand and Glencairn Estate hospitality business in NSW. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will plan pricing, promotions, and integrated campaigns across digital, events and PR.

The role requires a marketing background, strong digital skills (Google Ads, Meta, SEO), and the ability to research markets and translate data into strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher with at least 1 year of relevant marketing experience
• Strong digital marketing skills across Google Ads, Meta, email, and SEO
• Proven ability to research markets and translate data into strategy

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for products and services
• Analyze consumer demand and competition in Australia luxury markets
• Share market insights with Venini design and production teams in Italy
• Plan pricing, promotions and distribution channels for two brands
• Develop and run integrated marketing plans and campaigns across both businesses
• Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns and track performance
