Longines is seeking a Boutique Manager for the Chadstone Boutique in Melbourne. You will lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and develop a high-performing team while upholding the brand’s service excellence.

You will champion a client-first culture, build lasting relationships and oversee inventory, merchandising, and security standards to ensure an outstanding Longines client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in business, retail management or related field.
• Proven experience leading luxury retail teams and delivering sales results.
• Strong communication, client engagement and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Champion a client-first culture and deliver an elevated Longines experience.
• Build meaningful client relationships and support long-term customer loyalty.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members through regular coaching and feedback.
• Analyse sales and operational results to identify opportunities and improve performance.
