Christian Dior Couture in Sydney seeks a Host to act as a frontline ambassador, welcoming clients and supporting Sales Associates. You will manage initial touchpoints, oversee boutique flow, coordinate queue management, and ensure guests are comfortably settled for their interactions with the selling team.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education or above.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Front-of-House Client Reception & Queue Management: Greet and register clients, manage boutique traffic, and ensure a luxurious, welcoming atmosphere.
• Client Comfort & Hospitality: Deliver hospitality services, maintain pristine waiting areas, and anticipate client needs.
• Sales Team Support & Client Preparation: Brief the selling team on client inquiries and prepare clients for interactions with Sales Associates.
• Brand Representation & Compliance: Represent the Dior brand with integrity and adhere to boutique procedures and safety guidelines.
