Job summary

Feel Great Personal Training on the Central Coast is seeking a Personal Trainer to coach clients across multiple clubs at Tumbi Umbi, Erina, Long Jetty and Kincumber. You will focus solely on coaching, with no marketing or sales duties required, and you’ll be supported by a steady calendar of paying clients.

Starting with 5–10 hours guaranteed weekly, with the majority of your rent covered, and clear avenues to grow into a head trainer role, plus unlimited commission bonuses.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; fitness or prior coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients with personal training sessions.
• Work with a team of experienced trainers.
• Receive a calendar of paying clients with minimal cold outreach.
• Focus on coaching without marketing or sales responsibilities.
