Nyrstar in Port Pirie, South Australia, seeks a Lubrication Technician for its Production–Smelting team. This residential role involves delivering lubrication services to maintain reliability across multiple plants.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, with a relocation package including household goods transfer, temporary accommodation on arrival, and a $5,000 relocation allowance. The company offers generous leave, health benefits, and training support.

Qualificações

• Proven mining/metals/resources/manufacturing industry experience.
• Strong technical skills with ability to solve mechanical problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP.
• Solid understanding of mechanical asset failure modes.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to document work and listen actively.

Responsabilidades

• Perform fabrication of brackets, grease lines, and hoses.
• Collaborate with Production to investigate equipment requirements.
• Maintain lubrication schedules and reporting documentation.
• Respond to operational support requests from Production and Maintenance.
• Share lubrication best practices and standards.
