Job summary

PLS is seeking a Lubrication Technician to manage hydrocarbon handling within the fixed plant. You will develop Master Lube schedules, store and dispense lubricants, and perform oil sampling.

The role includes manual lubrication, maintenance of grease systems, oil replenishment, and CMMS data upkeep. It is a permanent full-time position with FIFO 8:6, 7:7 roster from Perth or DIDO from Port Hedland.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Practical knowledge of fixed plant equipment.
• High level of attention to detail and disciplined work ethic.
• Trade qualification.
• MLA1 or MLA2 preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to engage with stakeholders.
• CMMS knowledge (Pronto or similar) desirable.
• Working At Heights.

Responsibilities

• Carry out manual lubrication of rotating equipment.
• Maintain and replenish automatic grease systems.
• Replenish oil lubricated systems and take oil samples.
• Take oil samples and send to laboratory for analysis.
• Change filters on air and oil systems.
• Maintain CMMS (Pronto) database.
• Manage stock levels in lubrication storage areas.
• Install/maintain grease lines.
