Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute in Colorado is seeking qualified LPNs to join our dedicated team providing patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. Open positions include full-time 6am-6pm on Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri-Sun, plus part-time and PRN options. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Successful candidates must hold an active LPN license in Colorado, CPR certification, and be able to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Experience providing nursing services in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.

• Full Time- 6am-6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Full Time Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Part-time 6am-6pm on Sunday
• Part-time 6pm-6am on Monday
• PRN 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range: $28-$38/ hour
