Job summary

Accor Lounges is seeking a dedicated part-time doorman/porter to welcome guests at the Qantas International Lounges and manage access control with professionalism. You will assist with luggage, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and provide information on lounge facilities and flights as needed.

The role requires strong grooming, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced airport lounge.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests at lounge entries and kerbside as applicable.
• Manage access control and ensure proper lounge entry with boarding passes.
• Assist with luggage handling and maintain lounge cleanliness.
• Support food and beverage service and assist management as needed.
• Explain lounge facilities and provide flight information when asked.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
