Job summary

David Jones is seeking a Loss Prevention Manager to lead safety and security across the store, mitigate risk, and implement the Stock Loss Management process. You will influence the team through an engaging leadership style to ensure policy adherence and operational excellence.

You will drive stock loss prevention through audits, CCTV monitoring, and reporting, while collaborating with the store team on stocktakes. A strong focus on WHS and stakeholder relationships is required.
