Qualifications

• Experience in security, loss prevention and customer service.
• A valid state security license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible presence in-store to help prevent theft and reduce stock loss.
• Monitor activity, report incidents, and support store safety and compliance procedures.
• Build relationships with stakeholders including store team, local law enforcement, shopping center security, and third-party providers when required.
