Job summary

Procare Group is seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster to join its Claims & Risk division in Perth. You will handle material damage, commercial, strata, BI, liability, and heavy plant claims, working with insurers, brokers and claimants to reach timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has strong loss adjusting background, excellent communication and analytical skills, and holds a Diploma or Cert IV in Loss Adjusting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated loss adjusting experience relating to Material Damage, Commercial, Strata, Business Interruption, Liability, and Heavy Plant & Equipment.
• Specialist loss adjusting experience & ability to manage expectations of Underwriters, Brokers & Claimants simultaneously.
• Have a current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to communicate in a precise & engaging manner verbally & in writing.

We have new and exciting prospects for Loss Adjusters with our expanding Claims & Risk division in Perth. The Loss Adjustor role sits in the Procare Claims and Risk team which is a team of experienced insurance professionals partnering with insurance companies, underwriting agencies, insurance brokers and businesses.

What you need to have to succeed in your new role:

• Demonstrated loss adjusting experience relating to Material Damage, Commercial, Strata, Business Interruption, Liability, and Heavy Plant & Equipment;
• Specialist loss adjusting experience & ability to effectively manage expectations of Underwriters, Brokers & Claimants simultaneously;
• Have a current Police Check (or willingness to obtain);
• Ability to communicate in a precise & engaging manner verbally & in writing;
• Possession of sound analytical & problem-solving skills;
• Diploma or Certificate IV of Loss Adjusting;
• Membership of a relevant industry organisation.
