Arch Capital is seeking an Associate Adviser to work with experienced advisers in wealth management and financial planning. You will help deliver advice, manage client relationships and learn the craft towards becoming a trusted adviser.
This role offers direct mentorship, exposure to high-net-worth and retiree clients, and a clear pathway toward professional qualifications and adviser responsibilities in a fast-growing, values-driven firm based in Sydney CBD.
This role is for someone who takes pride in doing things properly.
Welcome to the fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial role you have been searching for.
We are a self‑licenced financial planning firm based in the Sydney CBD, working with HNW and retiree clients. With 3 advisers and 10 staff, we run a professional, values‑driven business where client service is taken seriously.
Our firm has high growth plans, and it will be fast paced. This will be a fun role, but also challenging. You will need to be assertive, confident and a self‑starter who does not need to wait for instructions but gets on with it.
Are you up for the fun, hard work and success?
We are looking for an Associate Adviser who already has experience within financial planning and is ready to take the next step towards becoming a trusted adviser.
This is not a role for someone looking for a shortcut to an adviser title.
It is a role for someone who wants to learn the craft properly, work closely with experienced advisers and build the skills, judgement and relationships required to become an exceptional adviser.
Direct access to experienced advisers
Exposure to HNW and retiree clients
Genuine mentoring and professional development
Clear pathway toward the Professional Year and Adviser role
Opportunity to contribute ideas and improve the business
Values driven firm with high standards
You will work closely alongside experienced advisers to help deliver advice, manage client relationships and ensure clients receive an outstanding experience.
Over time, you will develop the technical, communication and relationship skills required to become a successful adviser.
Success in this role means:
Clients feel supported, understood and valued
Advisers can rely on you to prepare thoroughly and follow through
Advice is delivered accurately and professionally
Opportunities and issues are identified before they become problems
You continuously develop your capability and judgement
You become a trusted member of the advice team
This is not a role where success is measured by simply completing tasks.
Success is measured by the quality of your work, your ability to build trust and your commitment to becoming a better adviser every year.
Attend client meetings and assist advisers with preparation and follow-up
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist with strategy research and advice preparation
Review client circumstances, financial information and objectives
