Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a Planning Analyst (PM shift) for our brand-new Ravenhall facility near Melbourne. You will overcome daily logistical challenges and ensure warehouse operations run smoothly; you'll have autonomy to make decisions and grow professionally.

The role focuses on analytical reporting, labor planning, SKU analysis, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills.
• Experience in automated warehouse environments with Autostore is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in 3PL warehouse operations is beneficial.
• Able to generate innovative improvements and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and reporting of workflows– develop automated reporting formats.
• Labor Planning and Waiving.
• Detailed data analysis on SKU behavior to optimize productivity in an automated picking system.
• Proactive qualitative analysis and business insight.
• Numerical analysis of raw data into accurate reports.
• Review Autostore Synq reports to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Analytical problem solving and system planning; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and assist in ensuring customer efficiencies are improved and maximised.
