Job summary

Azelis is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator in Australia to lead a team of Logistics Coordinators, managing freight forwarders and 3PLs across import/export, warehousing and distribution. You will ensure timely deliveries, KPI alignment and strong customer communication.

You will mentor staff, oversee order processing, maintain system data integrity in D365 and report on logistics performance, aiming to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-centric logistics professional with strong service mindset.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution or freight forwarding.
• 1–3 years in a team leadership/supervisory role.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and D365; comfortable operating in a high‑transaction environment.
• Formal qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Transport Management is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train and manage a team of Logistics Coordinators.
• Conduct monthly 1:1 performance reviews and provide guidance for development.
• Oversee inbound product arrival with freight forwarders and 3PLs to align with KPIs.
• Coordinate outbound order processing and communicate delivery risks to Customer Experience Officers.
• Transact in D365 and ensure data integrity with partners.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers to ensure transparency.
