They are seeking an experienced Logistics Officer to join the team during the busy festive season. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B operations. There is a hybrid working arrangement, with two days working from home.

The Job

Reporting through to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage daily B2B shipping operations across ANZ, ensuring timely and cost-effective freight movement.
  • Oversee performance and compliance of transport providers, managing contracts and resolving service issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and the distribution centre to optimise shipping processes and support a smooth customer experience.
  • Monitor freight KPIs and generate reports to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Identify risks and operational inefficiencies, recommending practical, cost-saving solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and support compliance with relevant customs and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, with a strong B2B focus.
  • Solid understanding of industry-standard transport and freight contracts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Freight-qualified with well-rounded logistics and supply chain knowledge.
