• Demonstrated experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven leadership experience managing logistics or transport teams through system modernisation, automation and technology-led efficiencies.

• Proficiency in logistics systems, spreadsheets, and data management tools.
• A commitment to safety compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and optimise daily cane transport logistics to improve efficiency and minimise delays.
• Manage and support logistics staff to deliver safe and effective operations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with transport, environmental, and safety standards.
