Job summary

Australia Post Group in Townsville seeks an Administration Clerk to join our StarTrack team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support the operations group, track freight, obtain delivery details from drivers and coordinate freight movements, delivering reliable administrative service daily.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and collaboration within a supportive team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt style for drivers, supervisors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support operations by tracking freight and coordinating information.
• Obtain delivery information from drivers and liaise with stakeholders.
• Coordinate movement of freight and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
