JLL is seeking a capable administrative assistant to support the Centre Manager and shopping centre team in Adelaide. You will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, take minutes, handle correspondence, and maintain filing and records to ensure smooth operation of the centre office.
Key tasks include managing communications, coordinating with tenants and vendors, and preparing reporting packs. This role suits someone with strong organizational skills and experience in retail or site operations.
You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the shopping centre management team, helping keep the centre office running smoothly and supporting tenant, customer, contractor, and internal coordination. This role is the key point of support for office administration, records, communications, and routine coordination that enables the team to focus on delivering a great shopping centre experience.
