Job summary

CC Medical is seeking an experienced Sonographer for a locum opportunity in regional Queensland. The role covers general, small parts, vascular and obstetric/gynaecological ultrasound with no on-call requirements.

Roster is Mon-Sun, 38 hours per week, 21 September–1 November 2026, with economy return flights and accommodation provided. The position offers a broad caseload across general, small parts, vascular and obstetric/gynaecology imaging.

Qualifications

• Post graduate qualification in ultrasound (e.g. DMU or university graduate diploma)
• ASAR registration required
• Excellent time management, communication and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Perform abdominal, small parts, vascular and obstetric/gynaecological ultrasound scans.
• Produce accurate reports and liaise with referring clinicians.
• Manage patient workflow within the locum assignment.
