Job summary

Aussie Locums is seeking a locum sonographer for a modern Echuca clinic in VIC. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5:00pm) with no weekends or on-call duties, plus accommodation and travel support. Radiologist input is available three days a week to ensure quality imaging.

Ideal candidates will hold ASAR registration with full Australian working rights and be proficient in abdominal, MSK, vascular and small parts ultrasound, using Philips Epiq systems in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• ASAR registration and correct working rights for Australia.
• Proficiency in general ultrasound – including abdominal, MSK, vascular and small parts.
• Experience using Philips Epiq machines.
• Strong communication skills – collaborate with the support team, sonographers and radiologists.
• Commitment to scan quality – prioritise accuracy over volume.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality scans in a modern clinic with a focus on patient care.
• Maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5:00pm) with no weekend or on-call duties.
• Collaborate with radiologists, support staff and fellow sonographers.
• Follow roster guidance and uphold clinic standards for accuracy and safety.
