Job summary

ChoiceOne is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Radiographer to support a busy regional imaging team in Central Queensland. The role splits time between general X-ray and operating theatre lists, delivering high-quality imaging with strong radiation safety and patient focus.

Locum package includes paid return flights, secure accommodation, a dedicated hire car, and a zero after-hours roster, offering a predictable, family-friendly schedule during the four to six week block.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia.
• General X-ray competency and theatre experience/competency.
• Availability to commit to a minimum block of 4 weeks.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality general diagnostic radiographic examinations.
• Operate mobile C-arm equipment confidently within the theatre environment.
• Maintain radiation safety standards with a patient-centric approach.

About the Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Radiographer to assist our client’s medical imaging team during a busy peak period. This role offers excellent clinical variety, splitting your time between high-quality General X-ray and dedicated Operating Theatre lists.
