Job summary

Aussie Locums is seeking a Locum Radiographer for a private hospital in Hawthorn, Melbourne. Start in early October for approximately 3–4 months, with day shifts and no on-call requirements. You will handle General X‑Ray, theatre imaging and mobile scans, using GE equipment, while ensuring patient care excellence.

VIC Radiation Licence and current AHPRA registration are required, along with a police check and vaccination records. Travel and accommodation are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Qualified radiographer with current VIC Radiation Licence and AHPRA registration.
• Experience performing General X-Ray, theatre and mobile imaging in busy hospital settings.
• Current police check (within 12 months) or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality scans across General X-Ray, theatre and mobiles in a busy hospital.
• Day shift requirements – no shift work or on-call.
• Manage patients and operate specialised imaging equipment.
• Deliver high levels of patient care and service.
• Work with GE imaging equipment and uphold safety standards.
