Job summary

MediRecruit is seeking a Locum Community Occupational Therapist to join a mobile aged care team in Werribee, Melbourne's west (VIC). You will conduct home assessments, prescribe equipment, and provide cognitive and occupation-based retraining.

The role focuses on home care package referrals with a fully mobile workload. Ideal candidates hold OT qualification with full AHPRA registration, at least 2 years of experience, and are able to work independently.

Locum Community Occupational Therapist - Werribee, Melbourne's west, VIC

We are seeking a locum Occupational Therapist to join an established mobile aged care provider in Werribee, Melbourne's west. In this role you will treat clients with a variety of conditions and co-morbidities, primarily involving home assessments, equipment prescription, cognitive retraining and occupation-based retraining within your clinical skill set.

The primary referral base is home care package providers, with some private and supported discharge/rehab referrals. This is a fully mobile role, allowing you to build a caseload close to home, working alongside highly qualified and experienced therapists in a collaborative team environment. No NDIS work involved.
