Job summary

Qube Ports and Bulk in Australia is seeking experienced MC Drivers local to Newcastle or Central Coast to transport SSAN and other dangerous goods across the Hunter Valley region. This full-time linehaul role features a 6-days on/6-days off roster, competitive rates plus super on all hours, daily allowances and ongoing development opportunities.

To be successful you must hold an unrestricted MC licence and a Dangerous Goods licence (or be able to obtain one), be able to pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted MC licence.
• Current Dangerous Goods licence (or ability to obtain one).
• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals.
• Prior road train experience.
• Prior road ranger operating experience.
• Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines.

About the role

We are seeking experienced MC Drivers local to the Newcastle or Central Coast areas to join the Qube team, to transport SSAN & other dangerous goods products across various locations in the Hunter Valley region.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:

• Current Unrestricted MC Licence
• Current Dangerous Goods Licence (or ability to obtain one)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals
• Prior road train experience

The following is preferable, but not essential and we will provide training for:

• Dangerous Goods Licence
• UHL/QESC Clearance
• Explosives Drivers Licence
